Seamless process – from accelerated drying to a project-managed repair

ClaimFlow™ Flood is the name that we give to our flood damage insurance claim restoration and repair process. Using some of the latest and most effective drying equipment, we reduce drying time from weeks to days and ensure repairs are carried out as part of a seamless service.

ClaimFlow™ Flood comprises three elements:
• Prompt deployment of BDMA trained technicians
• Deployment of Allkare Thermal Energy Systems to accelerate the drying process
• Project team that ensures repairs are carried out in a seamless way and with the least disruption to the policyholder’s home or business

The ClaimFlow™ Flood model enables a property to be dried 3 times faster than with more traditional methods. By using the one team to also manage the repair, delays are avoided and the customer deals with one team.

Claimflow Flood

A ClaimFlow™ Flood project involves the following approach:
• Immediate attendance on site
• Risk assessment, including asbestos testing and work-plan design
• Deployment of TES drying equipment
• Agreement on scope of repairs
• Use of an Allkare Claims Angel to work with the policyholder, ensure the claim is progressed and keep everyone informed
• Completion of repairs once property is stabilised to an agreed time-scale
