Allkare is passionate about doing things better and we use Kaizen techniques to identify improvements we can make in our approach, skills and technology.
We believe this makes us different and marks us out from the crowd. With each development we look to improve the experience for the customer and regularly seek feedback to ensure we are doing things right.
Here are some of our inovations:
ClaimFlow™ Smooth Flow Software
In 2007 we invested in G Claim. This gives us the ability to track our performance against SLA’s that are set by our clients and because it is web-based customers can view their claims in real time if they want. This has streamlined our work and improved the process of claims handling.
Digital Pen Technology
To further improve how we work we are investing in digital pens so that survey data can be automatically updated to G Claim. This ensures greater accuracy and reduces the time from survey to estimating.
Staff Training
We believe in a positive approach to customer service and have invested in this during 2007/8. One benefit of this approach has been the role of the Claims Angel. We have encouraged staff involved at our HUB to go to the policyholder’s home or business. This has worked very successfully in Hull where policyholders have been able to share with our team the trauma of the flood damage. They have developed a close bond with our key staff and this has enabled us to provide the best possible outcome to each claim.
Rapid Drying System
Following various trials of drying solutions we have invested in TES (Thermal Energy System) direct heating and drying equipment. We have used this to great effect in Hull and Doncaster reducing drying times by 300% over more conventional methods.
We know there is more that we can do and are currently working on a new system to support our customer management team. This will provide the most up to date method of communicating with our customers providing both information and reassurance.
